Image Licence

The short version: every before-and-after frame on this site is an AI simulation rather than a photograph of a surgical result, all of them are ours, and none of them may be republished without asking. If you want to use one, the request section at the bottom is the way to do it.
1. What these images are
The "after" frame in every before-and-after pair on this site is an AI simulation, rendered by the same model the site runs for paying users. It is not the outcome of an operation, and it is not a record of any real person's result.
In most pairs the "before" frame is generated as well, because the condition a procedure corrects — a lined forehead, a heavy lid, a slack jaw — was not visible in the portraits we had. Where that is the case the caption on the page says so.
No frame on this site is a patient photograph, and none of them was taken in a clinic. Republishing one as a real surgical result misrepresents it.
2. Who owns them
The example frames on all 40 procedure pages, the illustrations elsewhere on the site and the logo are © 2026 The Face Analysis. All rights are reserved.
Appearing in Google Images with a licence link does not place an image in the public domain, and it is not an offer of a free licence. It only means we have published who to ask.
3. What you may not do without permission
Without written permission from us, you may not:
- republish, redistribute or sell any image from this site
- present a simulated "after" frame as the result of a real procedure, or as a patient's outcome
- crop, retouch or recaption a frame so that the AI-generated disclaimer is removed
- use any frame in advertising for a clinic, a practitioner or a procedure
- imply that we, or anyone shown in a frame, endorse a product or a practice
4. Photos you upload
This page is about the images we publish. Your own photograph is yours and stays yours — the measurement tools never upload it at all, and the terms of use cover what happens to a photo you send for a simulation.
5. Requesting a licence
Email hi@thefaceanalysis.com with the URL of the page the image is on, which frame you want, and where you intend to publish it.
Every licence we grant carries two conditions that are not negotiable: the frame runs unmodified, and the caption says it is an AI simulation rather than a surgical result. Everything else — scope, duration, fee — is agreed case by case.
