1. What this service is

The Face Analysis provides measurement tools that compute facial proportions from a photograph, and paid simulations that render an image of your face with one cosmetic procedure applied. Both are provided for information and visualisation. Neither is a medical service.

The measurement tools run entirely in your browser. The simulation feature sends the photo you select to third-party AI processors, and it asks for your consent before doing so. Using the measurement tools does not require an account; simulations do.

2. Not medical advice

Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no result produced by it is a diagnosis. Measurements are geometric calculations from a photograph. Simulations are approximations generated by artificial intelligence, are not medically accurate, and do not predict the outcome of any procedure.

Do not rely on anything here for a diagnosis, a treatment decision, surgical planning or a health assessment. Consult a qualified, licensed clinician before making any decision about a cosmetic procedure or your health. We are not medical professionals and accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of anything this site produces.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase credits. The measurement tools are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

4. Photos you provide

You keep all ownership of your photographs. When you run a simulation you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that photograph for the sole purpose of producing the result you asked for, and to store the result on your account so you can see it again. That licence ends when you delete the result.

You must not upload a photograph of another person without their explicit consent, a photograph of anyone under 18, or any image that is unlawful or infringes somebody else's rights.

5. Credits, plans and refunds

Measurement tools are free with no limit. Simulations consume credits, which are sold as one-off packs from $4.99 or included in a subscription. Payment is handled by Creem as merchant of record, which also handles VAT and sales tax where they apply; we never see or store your card details.

Pack credits do not expire and survive a cancellation. Plan credits reset at each renewal. A credit that has produced a render has been consumed; unused credits can be refunded on request. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and the cancellation link is in the receipt Creem emails you.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose
• upload images of other people without their consent
• attempt to reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or circumvent limits on the service
• resell, redistribute or present results as your own analysis service
• use results to harass, rank, rate or humiliate any other person

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, that any particular measurement will be available in future, or that a third-party AI provider will remain available to us.

We may change or discontinue features. Where a change affects something you have paid for — credits, or a subscription period — we will honour what was purchased.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, emotional distress, decisions made on the basis of anything this site produced, or any procedure undertaken after seeing a simulation.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Accounts and termination

You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that breaches these terms or that harms other people, us or a third party. You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard, which removes your profile, purchase history and stored simulations.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above and described here rather than buried in a version number. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
