Acceptable Use Policy

1. What this policy covers

The Face Analysis generates images: you upload a photograph and our system renders a version of it with one cosmetic procedure applied. That capability has obvious potential for misuse, and this page sets the boundary. It applies to every paid feature — simulations, the consultation chat and anything else that produces an image.

The free measurement tools are not covered, because they generate nothing and upload nothing. They compute numbers from a photograph inside your browser.

2. Upload your own face, and only your own face

The service is built for one purpose: showing you what a procedure would change about your own face. Uploading a photograph of another person is a breach of these terms, whether or not that person is famous, and whether or not the photograph is public.

This is not a face-swap tool and it is not a deepfake tool. It does not transfer one person's face onto another, it does not produce a person who does not exist, and it does not accept a target identity. It applies a described change to the single face in the photograph you supply.

3. What you may not generate

The following are prohibited outright. Attempting them is a breach of these terms and, in most cases, the request is refused before anything is generated:

• Sexual, nude, or otherwise explicit imagery of any kind.
• Images of anyone under 18. The service is for adults; see the Terms of Use.
• Images of a real person other than yourself, including public figures, without that person's consent.
• Content intended to harass, defame, impersonate, humiliate or intimidate anyone.
• Content depicting violence, self-harm, or physical injury.
• Hateful content, or content targeting a person or group by a protected characteristic.
• Anything intended to deceive — fake evidence, fake identity documents, or an image presented as a real photograph of a real event.
• Content that is illegal where you are, or that infringes someone else's rights.

4. How this is enforced

Every prompt that reaches an image model is screened first, on our servers, through an automated moderation service. A request that is refused is not generated and no credit is charged for it. Screening happens server-side and cannot be bypassed by modifying the page in your browser.

Automated screening is not perfect in either direction. It occasionally refuses something ordinary; if that happens to you, write to us and we will look at it. It will also miss things, which is why the rules above apply regardless of whether a particular request happened to pass.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this policy, and we may do so without notice where the breach involves another person's likeness or a minor. Where the law requires it, we report.

5. What we generate, and what it is not

Every image this service produces is an AI simulation. It is not a photograph, it is not a medical prediction, and it is not evidence of a surgical outcome. Every render is labelled as a simulation on the page it appears, and the sample before-and-after images used across the site are generated on stand-in faces rather than taken from real patients.

Do not present an image from this service as a photograph, and do not present it as a prediction of what a procedure would do to you. It shows the direction a change moves a face. A surgeon shows you the rest.

6. Third-party models

The Face Analysis is an independent product. It is built on top of third-party AI models that we license, and it is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the companies that make those models. Their names are not part of our branding and our using them implies no relationship.

Those providers apply their own usage policies to what passes through them, in addition to this one.

7. Reporting a problem

If you believe an image of you has been generated by someone else on this service, or you have found any other breach of this policy, write to hi@thefaceanalysis.com. Include enough detail for us to identify it. Reports involving a person's likeness or a minor are handled ahead of everything else.
