Disclaimer and conflicts of interest

Last updated 12 October 2026

The measurements on this site are geometry from one photo, the simulations are AI illustrations, and neither is medical advice. We also sell the AI features and review competing products, so this page lists every commercial interest that could colour what you read here.

Not medical advice

Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no result is a diagnosis. Measurements are geometric calculations from a photograph. Simulations are approximations generated by artificial intelligence; they are not medically accurate and do not predict the outcome of any procedure.

Do not use anything here for a diagnosis, a treatment decision or surgical planning. Talk to a qualified, licensed clinician before any decision about a cosmetic procedure. We are not medical professionals.

What the numbers are

Every reading describes one photo, and a different photo of the same person can move a borderline result. We make no accuracy claim for any type label. The 1-10 score measures proportions; tested against 2,513 people's ratings of the same faces it did not predict them (ρ = −0.07). How each number is made is on the methodology page.

Simulations are illustrations

Each of the 40 simulations renders one procedure on a photo with an AI model. Every "after" image is an AI simulation and is labelled as one. Where an example "before" frame was generated too, the caption says so. No image on this site is a patient photograph or a surgical result; see the image licence.

Conflicts of interest

  • We sell the AI features. The measurement tools are free; simulations, the Face Report and the AI reads are paid with credits or a plan (payments by Whop). After a measurement, a tool links to the simulation for the same facial region. That link is a region match, not a recommendation that you need a procedure.
  • Buying changes no number. The measurement tools, their thresholds and the score work the same with or without an account or a purchase.
  • We review competitors. Qoves Review 2026: Price, Controversy, and What Is Free and FaceIQ Labs Review: The Real Price, the Refund Trap, and Which FaceIQ You Mean are written by the maker of a competing product. Each review says so in its first paragraph and sources its figures to pages you can open.
  • Sister products. The Face Analysis is made by Indiex, which also makes the Aesti app (same account and credits as this site) and other sites linked in the footer. Links to them are links to our own products.
  • Shopping links. Glasses-frame links on the face shape and glasses pages go to Amazon searches. They carry no affiliate tag and we earn nothing from them; if that changes, this line and the links will say so.

Errors and corrections

If something here is wrong, write to hi@thefaceanalysis.com with the page and what you found. We check it against the same data and code; a confirmed correction is fixed and dated on the changelog.

Liability

The site is provided as is. The terms of use set out liability, accounts, credits and refunds; the privacy policy says which features upload a photo and who receives it.
